• Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of custom product manufacturing, from order initiation to delivery • Coordinate daily with factory teams to ensure accuracy, deadlines, and quality compliance • Lead quality assurance reviews, including samples, pre-production photos, and testing results • Manage logistics, balance payments, and schedule deliveries with internal and external partners • Troubleshoot production issues and ensure consistent quality • Act as the main liaison between clients, factory teams, and internal departments • Partner with sales and design teams on complex projects, ensuring technical and cost feasibility • Conduct cost analyses, negotiate with partners, and manage pricing strategies • Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and better quality control
• 3+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing coordination, or project management in a product-based company • Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and supply chain logistics • Excellent communication skills for managing cross-functional coordination • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail • Experience working with overseas or third-party manufacturers • Familiarity with ERP systems or production tracking software • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
