📋 Description

• Keep the full sales pipeline moving smoothly from new lead to closed deal • Coordinate daily actions and keep calendars aligned so closers always walk into calls fully prepared • Oversee campaign execution by pulling lists, coordinating with marketing, and ensuring everything gets sent on time • Maintain strong follow-up systems, recycle leads, and ensure every contact has a clear next step • Deliver weekly action-focused reports showing what moved forward, what’s stuck, and what needs attention

• Excellent organisational skills • Strong follow-through • Pipeline discipline • Thrives on getting things done • Comfortable respectfully pushing the CEO and sales team • HubSpot or Go High Level experience (Brownie points) • Experience supporting a closer (Brownie points) • Sales copywriting (Brownie points) • Webinar and event workflow experience (Brownie points) • Experience in remote teams (Brownie points)
