📋 Description
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions with customers, document their needs, create user stories and design documents • Create prototypes to show customers before development begins • Conduct demos of work completed by the development team and collect feedback • Assist during UAT to ensure everything works as expected • Train customers on new functionality and help them get comfortable with the system • Assist with data imports and migrations
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience • Experience working across multiple different Salesforce environments (not just one company or customer) • Background working for smaller boutique agencies where you've juggled multiple projects simultaneously • Strong technical understanding - whether that's from being a Salesforce admin, developer, or consultant • Proven client-facing experience, comfortable leading virtual meetings and building rapport • Ability to create documentation like user stories, design documents, data models, and data flow diagrams • Brownie points for: • ⭐ Insurance or financial services industry experience • ⭐ Previous technical experience with other software products before Salesforce (other CRMs, software development, web development, marketing technology) • ⭐ Solution architect background
🏖️ Benefits
• $5,000-7,000 per month based on experience and skill level. Exceptional candidates may be offered above the stated range. • Full-time & fully remote • 28 days time off per year • Laptop and computer equipment provided
