📋 Description

• Maintain and grow your own clients and manage two or three other SEO specialists • Provide ongoing training to the SEO specialists on best practices and new technologies to continually improve our client results • Use tools like AHREFS and Screaming Frog to identify and resolve SEO issues independently. • Log into the backend of WordPress websites to implement necessary SEO updates and optimizations. • Craft quarterly SEO strategies to drive business growth and client success. • Take charge of the strategy for a set of accounts, making sure our efforts align with the big picture under the guidance of the VP of Digital Strategy. • Bring our quarterly strategies to life, driving exceptional SEO results for our clients

🎯 Requirements

• High-level SEO experience in an agency environment. • Hands-on experience with AHREFS and Screaming Frog • Experience with WordPress, including optimizing content using plugins and tools. • Strong technical SEO expertise. • Familiarity with project management tools. • Experience with link building. • The ability to train other SEO Team members • The ability to create written processes and procedures • Managerial skills • Additional experience with Paid search. • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, GA4.
