📋 Description

• Careful review, recording and posting of ongoing business transactions in accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger and fixed assets accounting • Ensure a reliable financial data basis by maintaining and updating our accounting and ERP systems • Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and perform account reconciliations • Follow up and resolve open items, discrepancies and accounting-related queries • Take on administrative tasks within the finance area and ensure structured, auditable documentation • Contribute to creating structure and transparency in a dynamic scale-up environment and actively support the optimization of existing processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a degree with a business administration focus • More than five years of professional experience in bookkeeping, financial accounting or accounting • Extremely meticulous, structured, reliable and solution-focused working style • German language skills at C1 level • Ideally, initial experience with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central)
