• Connect individuals with American Cancer Society programs • Respond to inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, SMS) • Provide information on ACS programs and cancer-related resources • Meet established performance goals and metrics • Manage a regular caseload of new and ongoing cases
• High School Diploma or Equivalent • Minimum 1 year contact center and/or customer service experience • Work from home experience preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) desirable • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) • Typing proficiency of 40 words per minute
