📋 Description
• Design and deliver enterprise-wide talent programs to drive engagement • Support end-to-end design, implementation, and management of core talent programs • Partner with Workforce Analytics to define and implement a listening strategy • Partner with L&D to create training content • Manage project deadlines and deliverables for talent management initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in talent management • Strong talent program management background • Workday experience with talent management functions • Training documentation expertise • Knowledge of performance management, succession, promotions, career development, and retention
