📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to align Hope Lodge operations with the mission of the American Cancer Society • Provide strategic guidance and operational oversight to General Managers of 8-10 Hope Lodges • Monitor and evaluate performance, providing feedback to optimize efficiency and financial performance • Collaborate with General Managers to develop and monitor financial budgets • Handle elevated Guest concerns & complaints • Offer mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to staff • Ensure the delivery of high-quality hospitality services and maintain compliance with standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in operations management • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Proven track record of strategic planning, operational management, and financial oversight • Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to operations management, hospitality services, and patient support programs
