📋 Description

• Support design and development of DEI and leadership training • Co-facilitate and support delivery of training • Provide virtual production for training events • Assist with internal communications and resources • Provide operational and administrative support as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Associate Degree (Minimum Degree Required) • 2+ years of experience • Proficient knowledge of adult learning theory • Experience supporting learning and development • Strong written communication and organizational skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
