📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and monitor the University’s export control and knowledge security policy • Advise researchers and staff on Swiss, EU, and US export control regulations • Support the classification of controlled goods and technologies and coordinate license applications with SECO • Establish and manage compliance procedures under the Nagoya Protocol • Advise on due diligence, notification, and documentation requirements for genetic resources • Organize training and awareness activities on export control, knowledge security, and Nagoya compliance • Monitor legislative developments and ensure transparent compliance reporting • Provide legal and regulatory guidance to researchers, administrative units, and institutional stakeholders within the Knowledge and Technology Transfer Unit

🎯 Requirements

• Swiss Master’s degree in Law or equivalent • Specialization in export control law and international regulatory frameworks • Experience with compliance systems and regulatory reporting • Very good communication and training skills • Independent, structured, and collaborative working style • Proficiency in English and French or German
