📋 Description

• Lead BI Developer enables organization to make data-driven decisions by converting data into dashboards and reports • Subject matter expert in assigned business areas and reporting tools; provides guidance and strategic vision • Mentor junior BI developers; participate in code reviews and training • Independently consult with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define scope • Collaborate to design and develop reporting solutions and analytic studies • Plan projects, provide time/effort estimates, manage multiple projects • Develop, validate, and execute complex queries; design and build complex reports/dashboards • Perform routine data analysis, interpret results, and present recommendations to stakeholders • Design intuitive self-service reports/dashboards and offer visualization recommendations • Report and help troubleshoot data quality issues; participate in industry/user groups • Work typically performed in an office or remote environment; accountable for job obligations and policies

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with complex SQL coding • Tableau dashboard development • Ability to independently manage stakeholder relationships/timelines for deliverables, and requirements/design discussions • Healthcare data knowledge (health plan data knowledge preferred) • Experience: Minimum of 10 years-related work experience • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) • Skills: Communication, Interpersonal Communication, Leadership, Operating Systems (OS) • Software, Tools, and Applications: Tableau, Business Objects (BOE), Microsoft GitHub (preferred), Excel (advanced preferred), Epic, Facets, Cohere, OnBase (nice to have)
