📋 Description
• Responsible for developing performance and business plans for partner health systems to develop and optimize existing home infusion pharmacy services • Serves as primary contact for partner health systems around planning dependencies, scheduling, and project planning • Supports stakeholder interviews and management across partner health systems to develop and execute home infusion business plan • Develops project plan for all home infusion pharmacy implementation workstreams and serves as central point of contact for all Geisinger resources • Lead project management, data analytics, and deliverables to meet partner health system needs • Leads development of all final deliverables to include both financial modeling and executive level presentations
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree- (Required) • Minimum of 5 years-Related work experience (Required) • Skills: Communication, Critical Thinking, Healthcare Industry, Organizing
