📋 Description
• Support a range of technology solutions for Whiting School of Engineering • Responsible for technology needs analysis, technology evaluation, implementation, maintenance, and end user support • Ensure delivery of high-quality technical solutions • Analyze business processes, gather requirements for complex systems • Develop, maintain and organize test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios • Act as a liaison to team members and business partners • Create and document test scenarios • Implement and monitor changes as per change management policies • Provide support and resolve complex issues
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree • Six years of related experience preferably within testing and business requirement gathering • Proficiency in Agile Methodology, Application Architecture, Data Architecture and Design, Data Visualization, JIRA, Operating Systems, Product Requirements, Software Development Life Cycle, Software Documentation, Systems Architecture, User Story, Workflow Management • Experience with educational technology (e.g., Canvas LMS and 3rd party tools) • Familiarity with ChatGPT • Experience with Zendesk Support and Guide • Experience with video communications (e.g., Zoom) • Knowledge in assigned applications and associated platforms
