📋 Description

• Build, deploy, and maintain ETL flows (standard ETL processes and Enterprise Service deployments) • Integrate Talend with messaging and API layers for seamless data exchange • Develop custom Python scripts and services to extend Talend functionality • Automate integrations, transformations, and middleware interactions • Manage and optimise ActiveMQ for reliable asynchronous communication • Ensure decoupled, event-driven data flows across systems • Secure, monitor, and manage APIs using Apigee; design scalable, reusable webservices; apply security, authentication, rate-limiting, and governance policies • Work closely with distributed teams in Poland and France; share expertise, support internal developers, and drive knowledge transfer • Collaborate with partner companies to cover skill gaps

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Talend (Data Integration) • Proficiency in Python (mandatory) • Familiarity with ActiveMQ or willingness to build deeper expertise • Exposure to Apigee or other API gateways (MuleSoft, Kong, WSO2, AWS API Gateway, Azure API Management, IBM API Connect) • Strong understanding of web services and middleware integration • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Ability to work in an international, distributed team environment • Fluent in English • Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal • Note: All applications/CV’s must be submitted in English • Nice-to-have: Talend ESB; experience with at least one message broker technology (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar); Java development; GCP (BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, IAM, Cloud Functions); CI/CD & DevOps practices (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes); Familiarity with Agile/Scrum
