• Desarrollar y ejecutar el plan de cobertura médica del territorio asignado. • Promover científicamente el portafolio respiratorio dirigido al tratamiento de Asma y EPOC. • Prospectar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades comerciales. • Generar relaciones sólidas y de largo plazo con médicos especialistas y profesionales de la salud. • Ejecutar negociaciones efectivas orientadas al cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales. • Comunicar información médica y promocional con estricto apego a los lineamientos éticos y regulatorios. • Registrar y dar seguimiento a las actividades comerciales mediante CRM. • Analizar indicadores de desempeño y asegurar el cumplimiento de KPIs. • Administrar eficientemente los recursos asignados para el territorio. • Representar a la empresa en congresos, eventos científicos y actividades de promoción cuando sea requerido.
• Licenciatura concluida. • Título y cédula profesional (indispensables). • Entre 2 y 3 años como representante médico. • Experiencia comprobable en la línea respiratoria. • Deseable experiencia promoviendo tratamientos para Asma y EPOC. • Experiencia desarrollando territorios y alcanzando objetivos comerciales. • Visita médica. • Promoción farmacéutica. • Manejo de CRM. • Técnicas de negociación y cierre de ventas. • Planeación y administración de territorio. • Microsoft Office.
