📋 Description

• Support GPs with clinical results, follow-ups, and patient communication • Contribute to incident reviews and quality improvement initiatives • Deliver nurse-led patient follow-up and triage • Reduce GP administrative load while maintaining high clinical standards

🎯 Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration with 3+ years’ nursing experience • Strong clinical judgement and communication skills • Experience in primary care, hospital, or virtual health (telehealth a bonus!) • Passion for innovation in digital healthcare
