📋 Description
• Connect with Medibank members to support conversations about health and wellbeing • Deliver health screening assessments via telehealth • Assist and empower members to identify clear actions for their health and wellbeing • Educate members about other Amplar Health/Medibank offerings relevant to their needs • Engage in a KPI-driven role focused on outbound member engagement • Ensure availability for 12:00pm – 8:00pm shifts
🎯 Requirements
• You must be a Registered Nurse (Div 1) with current unrestricted AHPRA • Minimum 2 years’ post qualification experience in Australia • Ability to identify needs and match actions and service provision • Experience in applying active listening techniques in a customer service environment • Strong computer skills, including experience using multiple systems and the ability to learn new operating systems • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment • Highly desirable: Previous outbound contact centre or telehealth experience • Experience using SharePoint and Genesys
