📋 Description

• Lead a team of registered nurses virtually • Support up to 10 residential aged care homes • Act as an extension of care teams by providing guidance and boosting staff confidence • Ensure safe, consistent, dignified, and high-quality care for residents • Get to know residents, families, and each home's unique needs • Drive improvements in healthcare delivery • Empower local staff and enhance their competence • Communicate effectively with consumers and care team members

🎯 Requirements

• Newly Qualified Nurse Practitioner with a minimum of 3 years full-time equivalent nursing experience • Bachelor of Nursing degree • Masters of advanced nursing practice • Current unconditional AHPRA registration with Nurse Practitioner endorsement • Proven experience managing teams • Comfortable with virtual communication • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong nursing assessment abilities focused on delivering quality care • Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems, phone, video, and audio platforms • Formal qualifications or experience within Aged Care highly desirable
