📋 Description
• Processes vendor requests, vendor invoices, and employee expense reimbursements in a timely manner • Supports credit card program administration, including payment processing and reconciliation activities • Maintains vendor records and prepares reconciliations of vendor invoices and statements • Ensures accuracy of vendor tax documents • Provides excellent customer service to all stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• Associate degree in Business Administration or Accounting, or related field • 1 to 2 years relevant experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable role using ERP software within a medium to large sized organization • Ability to participate as an active team member • Basic knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and processes related to accounts payable • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with diverse constituencies
