📋 Description
• Supports the customer life cycle for Harmony Academy partners, including partner engagement and training. • Facilitates professional learning and development for partners and users. • Creates a positive user experience and fosters partnerships upholding quality in curriculum delivery. • Engages in the identification and support of professional learning offerings and translates materials for Spanish-speaking clients. • Engages with partners to maintain engagement through ongoing training, meetings, and outreach.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field, required. • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to translate written materials accurately and effectively, preferred • A minimum of three (3) years of coaching, mentoring, or training experience required. • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant teaching experience, preferred. • Experience with adult learning theories and effective instructional and delivery strategies preferred. • Project Management experience desirable. • Experience in higher education preferred. • Experience working in a technology-driven enterprise preferred.
