📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end design process for Aconomy's products, from concept to final implementation, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality user experience. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and peers, to define and execute the product roadmap. • Design intuitive web and mobile experiences for clients, ensuring seamless user journeys. • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions, iterating based on feedback. • Develop and maintain a design system and component library to ensure consistency and scalability across all products. • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, applying them to enhance the platform's visual and functional design. • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Design experience with a strong portfolio of web and mobile applications. • Proven experience with design tools (Sketch, Figma) and prototyping tools (Invision, Sketch, Figma) and analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics). • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design. • Experience conducting user research and usability testing, including user interviews. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final designs for mobile and web applications. • Ability to document design decisions for future reference and create and maintain design guidelines for internal and external use.
