📋 Description

• Support the activation and adoption of MEG Premium software across a customer portfolio • Drive usage and maximize the impact of the solutions • Work as part of a three-person regional team alongside a Sales Engineer and a Sales Representative • Act as the MEG point of contact for customers: best practices, new features, removing barriers, and communicating improvement suggestions • Deliver Premium training sessions and provide post-training follow-up • Support accounting firms and their clients from onboarding onward, enabling them to become self-sufficient • Manage portfolio momentum to achieve activation and replenishment targets • Host webinars, product demonstrations, and customer events • Identify opportunities for additional revenue and refer them to the sales teams • Monitor customer satisfaction, collect feedback and testimonials, and contribute to retention and brand advocacy • Recommend improvements to the customer experience and MEG deployment

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in accounting-related roles • Strong interest in digital technology • Open to junior and experienced candidates • Permanent, management-level position • Based in Lille or the surrounding area • Travel throughout the Hauts-de-France region required
