• Develop and implement an innovative educational curriculum, including career development guidance for young researchers • Coordinate with the Head of scientific training, school director, student representatives, and faculty • Manage recruitment and onboarding of doctoral candidates • Monitor PhD training quality • Mentor and advise PhD students throughout their PhD journey • Initiate and support doctoral candidates’ events, retreats, and symposia • Support local and international advertising and outreach to increase program visibility • Manage the budget and finances of doctoral school activities • Contribute to doctoral education-related projects • Coordinate recruiting, education, and outreach projects within the life science program
• PhD degree in Life Sciences, preferentially molecular biology or a related field • Experience in program coordination and/or project management in a dynamic and multicultural environment, preferentially in Life Sciences • Expertise in competitive recruitment cycles • Proficiency in English • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to take initiative and responsibility • Empathic spirit • Innovative and flexible approach • Ability to contribute to a team environment • Superb organizational and time management skills • Accuracy and attention to detail • CV and letter of motivation required • Graduation certificate / Diploma required
