• As a university assistant pre-doc, you will join the Managerial Accounting research team led by Univ.-Prof. Thomas Pfeiffer. • We conduct research using analytical methods in the areas of managerial accounting with a focus on contract theory, incentive systems, and corporate governance. • You actively participate in research, teaching & administration, which means: • We expect you to finalize your dissertation agreement within 12-18 months. • You work on your dissertation and its completion. • You hold courses independently within the scope of the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement. • You take on administrative tasks in research, teaching and administration.
• Completed Master's degree or Diploma in the fields of Economics, (Applied) Mathematics, or a related discipline (Statistics, Econometrics) • Knowledge in analytical research methods, such as game theory, information economics, or microeconomics • Excellent command of written and spoken German and English (C1 Level) • Basic IT user skills are expected (e.g. Office)
