📋 Description

• Senior sales leader responsible for regional sales strategy and execution • Manage sales team and drive business development • Research competitive conditions and customer needs • Establish key relationships with customers • Coach and lead sales team through sales activities • Accountable for CRM reporting and pricing strategy • Keep management informed of sales activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 10+ years relevant field sales experience, utility industry preferred • 5+ years of sales team management • Experience in software sales preferred • Experience selling technical solutions/systems in a B2B environment • Strong knowledge of distribution utility systems • Strong leadership, coaching, and analytical skills • Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills • Relationship management skills
