📋 Description

• Assist the Global IT GRC team lead to design, document and implement the ITGCs, including access controls, change management, backup and recovery, and logical security, based on the risk evaluation of each in-scope application or platform. • Execute the defined controls within the in-scope applications / platforms, and add the evidences to the GRC tool. • Coordinate the execution of controls by other Global IT and Business members. • Collaborate with internal and external auditors during ITGC audits, providing documentation and remediation plans as needed. • Identify control gaps and recommend remediation strategies. • Conduct IT risk assessments and support the development of mitigation plans. • Monitor and report on IT compliance risks and control deficiencies. • Develop and maintain IT compliance policies, procedures, and standards. • Promote awareness and understanding of IT compliance requirements across the organization. • Work closely with Global IT, Internal Audit, Legal, and Business Units to ensure alignment on compliance initiatives. • Provide training and guidance to control owners and stakeholders on ITGC and SOX requirements. • Explore automation opportunities to ensure control execution and reliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in ITGC compliance, IT audit, or risk management. • Proven experience working in a SOX-compliant environment, preferably in a global company. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
