📋 Description

• Provide AMS support for SAP Digital Manufacturing applications, including incident analysis, troubleshooting, and corrective actions • Collaborate with senior consultants on development tasks, enhancements, and technical integrations • Assist in the configuration and technical setup of SAP DM functionalities • Participate in project activities across the SAP Activate methodology (requirements, design, build, testing, go‑live) • Support integration topics involving SAP PP, QM, EWM, and machine connectivity/interfaces • Contribute to technical documentation, test execution, and user training • Maintain proactive communication with internal teams and customers

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of experience in manufacturing processes, IT support, or development (internships included) • Understanding of SAP environments or ERP systems (academic or hands-on) • Basic knowledge of programming or scripting (e.g., JavaScript, SQL, Python, ABAP, Java, UI5) • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment • Ability to communicate professionally in English and French • Exposure to SAP Production Planning (PP) or MES systems (Nice to Have) • Experience with IoT protocols, machine integration, or industrial systems (Nice to Have) • SAP certifications or relevant academic projects (Nice to Have)
