📋 Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share • Develop and drive sales through our distribution network, across the region • Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager to align regional goals with corporate objectives • Foster strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring exceptional customer experience and satisfaction • Promote the companies products and solutions at regional trade shows & conferences • Drive technical enablement and solution positioning to support complex sales cycles

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Photonics, Electronics or equivalent is a must • Experience in Photonics & High-Speed I/O Test and Measurement Solutions • A good understanding of the photonics ecosystem in the EMEA region • 5+ years of experience in sales engineer roles • Strong understanding of technical solution selling to both small and large enterprise-level customer engagements • Strong presentation and communication skills • A strong desire to become a trusted advisor to customers • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Applicants residing in Israel is preferred
