📋 Description
• Timely processing of payroll for US and Canada-based employees • Cooperate with external payroll agencies • Primary contact for employees regarding payroll questions • Administer option plan • Prepare standard and ad hoc reports
🎯 Requirements
• Experience as a payroll coordinator or in a similar role (2-3 years) • Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines • Base knowledge of US and Canadian labor law • Experience with Google Docs Editors, hiBOB, Netsuite, ADP and Shareworks would be an asset
