⢠Consult with customers to understand their organizationâs current state of talent acquisition ⢠Lead Phase 0 consulting engagements to recommend an optimal end state approach ⢠Manage the overall delivery of business transformation activities ⢠Build relationships with key executives and project stakeholders ⢠Support a successful transition to Professional Services Implementation and Success teams ⢠Develop and maintain assets and templates leveraged to deliver Hiring Success outcomes ⢠Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure successful customer outcomes
⢠Expert knowledge on talent acquisition and industry best practices ⢠Expert knowledge of modern talent suites (preferably Smartrecruiters) ⢠Previous business consulting experience with talent acquisition software/HR technology experience is preferred ⢠Excellent presentation skills ⢠Strong project or program management track record ⢠Experience managing complex projects and multiple simultaneous projects ⢠Comfort with disrupting the status quo ⢠Experience with Software as a service (SaaS) ⢠4-year degree or equivalent specific work experience
