📋 Description

• Maintain accurate financial records • Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts • Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits • Implement and maintain internal control systems • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports • Establish and enforce accounting methods and policies • Coordinate and lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process • Ensure compliance with local tax laws in India • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management • Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and accounting standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred • Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or auditing roles • Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS) and Indian accounting standards • Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Effective time management and planning capabilities • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Experience in preparing and analyzing complex financial reports and statements • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Familiarity with local business practices and regulations in Dwarka, India • Knowledge of Indian tax laws and regulations
