• Develop and implement effective B2B sales and marketing strategies for cosmetics and pharmaceutical products • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform marketing and sales strategies • Create compelling presentations and marketing materials tailored to B2B clients • Negotiate contracts and close deals with business customers • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field • Proven track record in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the cosmetics and/or pharmaceutical industries • Strong knowledge of B2B sales and marketing techniques • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant marketing tools • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies • Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration • In-depth knowledge of cosmetics and pharmaceutical products • Understanding of regulatory requirements in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries • Relevant sales or marketing certifications (preferred) • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plus • Willingness to travel within the region as required
