• Develop and manage tourism and ecotourism products and experiences. • Identify and connect with potential clients, partners, and service providers. • Close deals and grow client accounts. • Manage and update tourism-related online platforms and websites. • Oversee social media accounts and online presence. • Lead day-to-day business operations and ensure client satisfaction. • Represent Brights in tourism-related events and opportunities.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in tourism, ecotourism, or destination management. • Strong network of tourism contacts and potential clients. • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent sales and negotiation skills. • Knowledge of digital platforms, online marketing, and tourism trends. • Ability to lead operations and work independently. • Fluent in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
