• Build and leverage your network to establish partnerships with progressive businesses, unions, nonprofits, advocacy organizations, and universities. • Establish business revenue-sharing agreements that help companies transition to worker-friendly economic models with universal benefits. • Negotiate corporate partnerships and collaborative projects that align with Govuni’s mission. • Secure funding through grants, sponsorships, investor backing, and political donations. • Oversee campaign fundraising, grassroots donor engagement, and corporate sponsorships for Govuni’s growth. • Drive revenue through merchandise sales, progressive business collaborations, and AI-powered fundraising platforms. • Recruit and mobilize volunteers, supporters, and activists to expand Govuni’s movement. • Organize union drives, strikes, and labor negotiations to advocate for higher wages, better benefits, and corporate accountability. • Develop strategies to convert striking workplaces into employee-owned cooperatives. • Implement AI-driven workforce solutions to automate outreach, HR, and recruitment while maintaining a 60% AI, 40% human hybrid workforce model. • Oversee onboarding, apprenticeship programs, and AI-enhanced career training for employees and interns. • Ensure Govuni’s hiring model maximizes employer-sponsored workforce funding. • Lead policy advocacy, public relations, and social media campaigns to amplify Govuni’s mission. • Support Govuni Independent Progressive Party candidates running for office. • Represent Govuni at progressive conferences, labor events, and economic reform summits. • Create coalitions with nonprofits, grassroots organizations, and community leaders to support Govuni’s universal welfare initiatives. • Launch public education campaigns on worker rights, economic justice, and corporate accountability. • Establish progressive business alliances and impact investment strategies. • Collaborate with the founding team to develop policies, financial strategies, and long-term sustainability models. • Oversee Agile & Scrum project management for Govuni’s workforce programs, campaigns, and AI implementation. • Mentor employees, volunteers, and interns, shaping Govuni’s next generation of progressive leaders.
• A visionary entrepreneur committed to economic justice, labor rights, and social equity. • Has an expansive LinkedIn and professional network that can be leveraged for partnerships and funding. • Experience in securing grants, fundraising, sponsorships, and investor funding. • A union supporter, campaigner, or social activist with a passion for economic reform. • Knowledgeable in political organizing, grassroots mobilization, and progressive policy advocacy. • Experience leading unionization efforts, community advocacy campaigns, or nonprofit fundraising. • Familiar with AI-powered workforce solutions, business automation, and HR tech platforms. • Comfortable with Agile & Scrum project management methodologies. • Ability to integrate AI solutions into grassroots activism, recruitment, and economic policy advocacy.
