📋 Description

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. • Assist customers in navigating the website, placing orders, and resolving issues related to their purchases. • Provide product information, track orders, and facilitate returns and exchanges. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, including delivery issues, damaged items, and billing inquiries. • Collaborate with various departments to address and resolve customer concerns efficiently.

🎯 Requirements
