⢠Manage comprehensive end-to-end financial operations, including invoicing, payments, expense management, and collections, ensuring accuracy and timeliness ⢠Own project financial management responsibilities, including budgeting, cost tracking, and variance analysis to support informed decision-making ⢠Prepare detailed monthly financial reports, cash flow summaries, and financial statements that provide transparent insights into organizational performance ⢠Support strategic budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives to align resources with business goals ⢠Coordinate effectively with external stakeholders including accountants, auditors, banks, and consultants to ensure seamless financial operations ⢠Ensure full financial compliance with applicable regulations and maintain proper documentation and audit trails ⢠Analyze contract financial terms and manage milestone-based payments to optimize cash flow and project profitability ⢠Build, document, and continuously improve internal finance processes and controls to enhance efficiency and reduce risk ⢠Contribute to the strategic development and scaling of the finance department as the organization grows ⢠Provide analytical insights and financial recommendations to support leadership in strategic planning and decision-making
⢠Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field ⢠Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or financial management ⢠Demonstrated expertise in project-based financial management with proven ability to track and control project costs ⢠Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools ⢠Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems ⢠Solid understanding of financial compliance requirements and regulatory standards ⢠Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data ⢠Exceptional organizational and time management abilities with meticulous attention to detail ⢠Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners ⢠Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning ⢠Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, early-stage environments and adapt to changing priorities ⢠Demonstrated resilience and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously ⢠Familiarity with government or semi-government project environments (preferred) ⢠Willingness to grow into a broader finance leadership role as the organization scales
