📋 Description

• Overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. • Managing financial forecasting and budgeting processes to support strategic decision-making. • Monitoring cash flow and financial performance, identifying areas for cost savings and improvement. • Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, auditing requirements, and financial policies. • Providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management to inform business strategy. • Leading the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders and external regulators. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and improve financial performance. • Continuously reviewing industry trends, financial regulations, and competitor activities to adapt financial strategies accordingly.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to think critically and make sound financial decisions in complex and dynamic environments. • Knowledge of GAAP. • Extensive experience in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly and effectively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. • An innovative, solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on process improvements and financial optimization. • Highly self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated history of taking initiative and driving financial strategies in previous roles.
