📋 Description
• Gather data from various sources, including monthly SLA reporting, Raw data files, BI Dashboards, Transformation benefits. • Analyze SLA data / Transformation benefits to identify patterns, and insights that can help propose changes on SLA metrics as well as to control Transformation project benefit realization. • Generate and present reports on SLA performance, Transformation benefits including metrics such as CSAT/resource utilization and Benefit realization. • Prepare and maintain documentation related to data analysis processes and findings.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in related field. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, MS Access, Copilot etc.). • Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present data findings effectively.
