📋 Description
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting processes • Conduct comprehensive internal audits to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and other key financial documents • Develop and implement risk assessment strategies to identify potential areas of concern • Collaborate with management to address audit findings and implement corrective actions • Ensure compliance with GAAP and relevant Indian accounting standards • Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and reports • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes • Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed • Mentor and guide junior team members in accounting and auditing practices
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or CA preferred • Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing or senior accounting roles • Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle Financials) • Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Indian accounting standards
