📋 Description

• As a lead backend engineer, you will work with the product and business teams to design, develop, and maintain our backend systems to create enhanced features and new product lines. • You will work closely with the Head of Engineering on architecture design and implementation. • A significant portion of the work will involve collaboration with other engineers to ensure that our systems are scalable and reliable and mentoring of other engineers on our team. • You will work in a results-driven, fast-paced startup environment with opportunities to learn and grow on the job as we build the next leading software company in solar. • We are invested in your future, offering a competitive startup salary, benefits, and equity.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend development • Proficient with C#, AWS, Terraform, and CICD pipelines • Experience with leading and mentoring other engineers • Strong understanding of object-oriented design and data structures • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
