📋 Description

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the medical community • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and grow market share • Conduct product presentations and provide detailed information to healthcare professionals • Organize and attend medical conferences, seminars, and workshops to promote company products • Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing regular reports to management • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM software • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials and sales strategies • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly • Stay updated on the latest medical advancements and product developments in the pharmaceutical industry • Travel within Morocco to meet with healthcare professionals and attend industry events

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field • 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or related field • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite • In-depth knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical products • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills • Understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulations • Knowledge of medical ethics and compliance • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills • Fluency in Arabic and French; English proficiency is a plus • Valid Moroccan driver's license and willingness to travel within the country • Sales certification (preferred) • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs
