🎯 Requirements
• Experience in fashion design, pattern making, garment development. • Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and human anatomy. • Understanding of fabric properties, stretch behavior, and textile performance. • Experience creating technical drawings, patterns, and tech packs. • A meticulous eye for fit, proportion, comfort, and garment functionality. • The ability to balance aesthetics with performance and practicality. • Curiosity to question traditional apparel design and explore better solutions. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail throughout the development process. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate remotely. • The ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. • Passion for creating products that genuinely improve people's everyday lives.
