📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones in the pharmaceutical sector • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations with key stakeholders in the industry • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to understand trends, competition, and potential growth areas • Negotiate and close deals with pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and distributors • Manage and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and market penetration • Monitor and report on market dynamics, competitive landscape, and business performance • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows • Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance in all business development activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred • Minimum of 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical business development or related field • Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing business deals in the pharmaceutical industry • Strong understanding of the drug development process and regulatory affairs • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills • Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning • Experience with CRM software and data-driven decision making • Outstanding communication and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to relocate to Qatar • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
