📋 Description
• Dispense medications accurately and provide expert advice to patients on proper usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions • Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical regulations and safety standards, including local regulations in New Delhi • Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy • Manage and maintain pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storing pharmaceutical products • Implement and oversee quality control procedures for medication storage and handling • Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries and concerns professionally • Stay updated on new medications, industry trends, and best practices in pharmacy management • Supervise and train pharmacy staff on proper procedures and customer service standards • Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, inventory, and financial transactions • Participate in continuing education programs to enhance pharmaceutical knowledge and skills
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) required • Valid pharmacist license and current registration with the Pharmacy Council of India • Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, drug interactions, and side effects • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service • Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail • Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements, including local regulations in New Delhi • Proficiency in pharmacy management software • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
