• We are looking for a Product Growth/Marketing Manager who can help grow our talent base from 25K to 250K candidates. • You’ll have to design and run experiments to try new acquisition channels as well as optimise the current flows to optimize conversions. • Who we are UAtalents is a platform that helps Ukrainians displaced due to the war find job opportunities with European and companies worldwide.

• 3+ years of experience in B2C Growth Marketing in digital products • Proven experience to scale products from k to kkk users • Ability to work independently in small dynamic teams • Analytical mindset and experience working with data
