📋 Description

• Identify potential suppliers • Negotiate contract terms, conditions and pricing • Track orders and ensure timely delivery • Oversee product quality control • Prepare purchasing reports, including cost analyses • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed • Liaise with distributors for product registration in their countries • Work collaboratively with suppliers • Inventory management • Create and maintain bill of materials (BOMs) • Update and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a purchasing/procurement manager • Strong knowledge of supplier sourcing practices (research, evaluation) • Practical experience with procurement software • Analytical skills, with the ability to produce financial reports and conduct cost analyses • Negotiation skills
