⢠Overseeing all aspects of beach operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service ⢠Manage and coordinate all beach-related activities, including water sports, beach equipment rentals, and special events ⢠Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenue ⢠Lead, train, and motivate a team of beach staff to deliver outstanding customer service ⢠Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations ⢠Oversee inventory management of beach equipment and supplies ⢠Collaborate with other departments to create seamless guest experiences ⢠Manage budgets and financial performance of beach operations ⢠Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally ⢠Develop and maintain emergency response plans for beach-related incidents ⢠Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative beach programs and services
⢠Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field ⢠Minimum 5 years of experience in resort or hotel management, with specific experience in beach operations management ⢠Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team ⢠Strong customer service orientation with a focus on creating exceptional guest experiences ⢠Excellent operational planning and execution skills ⢠Proficiency in budgeting and financial management ⢠In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations related to beach and water activities ⢠Experience in inventory management and equipment maintenance ⢠Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities ⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ⢠Proficiency in relevant computer software and property management systems ⢠First Aid and CPR certification ⢠Knowledge of the hospitality industry and current trends in beach resort operations ⢠Familiarity with local tourism regulations and standards in Qatar ⢠Understanding of local culture and customs is highly desirable ⢠Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
