📋 Description

• Actively promote and sell medical and cosmetic products to potential customers • Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events • Collect and report customer feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or promotion, preferably in the medical or cosmetic industry • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets • Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and strategies • Proficiency in product demonstrations and presentations • Solid understanding of medical and cosmetic products • Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred • Relevant certifications in sales or cosmetics are a plus • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
