📋 Description

• Promoting and selling cosmetic pharmaceutical products to beauty professionals, dermatologists, and retail outlets • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while pursuing new business opportunities • Conducting product demonstrations and presentations • Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets • Providing expert advice on product usage, benefits, and applications • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials • Attending trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent the company • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities using CRM software • Managing sales territory and planning travel for client visits • Providing regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical or cosmetic sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred • Strong knowledge of cosmetic pharmaceutical products and the beauty industry • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills • Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus • Willingness to travel within the region as required • Valid driver's license and clean driving record • Relevant certifications in cosmetic or pharmaceutical sales are a plus • Understanding of local beauty and skincare trends in Qatar and the surrounding region
