• Lead the planning, coordination, and oversight of NV’s social media activities. • Develop and maintain a practical social media and marketing strategy aligned with NV’s brand, goals, and target audiences. • Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and growth. • Plan weekly/monthly content calendars across NV platforms. • Brief and coordinate with the graphic designer for visuals (posts, stories, carousels..). • Oversee NV’s presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, and others as relevant. • Work closely with NV team members to align social media with ongoing activities and campaigns. • Coordinate tasks and priorities with the social media and marketing intern.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • 3–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, whatsapp and social media management tools. • Excellent copywriting skills and ability to adapt tone across platforms. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage content calendars. • Basic analytics and KPI tracking experience. • Experience supporting or promoting online / Zoom events (event announcements, live posting, post-event content) is a plus. • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently and with interns/designers.
